Wrongful repo Is it considered a wrongful repossession if a person comes to my house and speaks my daughter (minor) asking if i lived there, then proceeds to block my garage and not let me in when i pull up especially when there was a breach of verbal contract that I pay $100 dollars extra a month to pay the past due, because the company was bought out by another lender and not given correct information on my contract? |

Verbal contracts are not legal and binding because you have no proof. You can try talking to the person who made the agreement with you and seeing if they will explain to the higher ups but if you don't know who that is or they are gone from that company, it's your word against theirs.
