Tryed to repo my 83 jeep from a friend

Yes, this is my writen contract with him
I ,HIS NAME, AM BUYING A 83 JEEP VIN#FROM, MY NAME, FOR THE AMOUNT OF 2000 OF DOLLARS WITH A DOWN PAYMENT OF 300 DOLLARS WHICH LEAVES A BALANCE OF 1800 DOLLARS.I ,HIS NAME, AGREED WITH ,MY NAME, TO PAY 75 DOLLARS EVERY WEEK. FIRST PAYMANT IS DUE ON NOV,30,2012 IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECIEVED UP TO 5 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE MAY RESULT IN JEEP TURNING THE 83 JEEP BACK TO ORIGINAL OWER WITH NO REFUNDS OF MONEYS PAID.HIS SIGNERURE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE OWER IF PAYMENT IS TO BE LATE .LATE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIEDI LATE. I would like to know if i was in the right to ask my friend for the keys back but did not want to hand me the keys and because he has missed 3 payments i feel that i am in the right, I would appreciate if you could help me MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION THANK U.
