Texas car repo What if anything can I do if the loan company told me that if I pay the minimum payment while standing in person with the repo man, prior to him attaching the tow....then they repoed it and now the loan company is telling me I have to pay the back payment in full before I can get my car back... |

All you can really do is pay the finance company their money and have them send over a release to the repo company. Keep in mind you will have to pay storage and other fees to the repo company as well. The repo man didn't do anything wrong as long as he got the car before the repo order was cancelled. If he picked it up afterwards, you should only have to go get the car with no fees involved.
