Repossessions on cars My daughter had a car repossessed 7 yrs ago with Security Service Credit union. She was finally able to get another car from a dealer here in San Antonio, and the must have used the same leader. She has had the car for two years and has lots of problems with the car. She was trying to buy another car and Security Service told her that they were adding the money to her exsisting loan, and could repo at anytime even if she has been paying on time. Is this legal. Can they add this on to another loan? |
