Repossession on the first payment My question is, I purchased a car 1/26/08 and I agreed to bring in 200.00 dollard in 2 weeks to pay on the taxes. It was do on 2/9/08, however I was unable to make the payment because I was incarcerated. On monday 2/11/08 they sent out paperwork for a repossession because I missed the payment. Now they are telling me the only to get my car back is to pay for the car in one lump sum of $7,000.00. Is this action that they are taking legal and is there anything I can do? |
