Private Owner/Leinholder Repossession I sold my car to another private individual with a written payment agreement. He has stopped making payments (3 mos in arrears). I need to know what my repossession rights are IAW Texas law. Can I legally repossess the car and what are the legal steps I must take to ensure I can get my car back?
