Is the repo man llegally allowed to knock on your door yelling your name until you decide to answer the door? Is the repo guy legally allowed by law to bang on your door at 3:30 a.m yelling your name and saying I am the repo man, until you answer the door? I never knew they even bothered to knock on your door. I want to know what legally they can do other than just the car. |

They are legally allowed to knock on the door but if they're banging on your door or yelling too loud, you can decided to call 911 and say that there's a man outside of your house disturbing the entire neighbourhood and this time of the day. But if you don't decide to open the door, they're legally allowed to take away the car.
