Car repossession laws in Indiana/Kentucky My daughter, 18, paid 2k for a car and promised to give money for her car once sold to dealer (1300) checks were bad so she did not sell car. Dealer said she could pay off rest 2k with income tax money. She just now got the money but dealer already repossessed car and will not give back things that were in vehicle. He does not answer the phone and if he does he is always out. The car was sold within a week of being repossessed. |
