Car Repo Law/ Georgia How many months of not paying for your car means your car will be repoed? Also does the finance company have to give some kind of notice?

On the end of business, on the day the payment is due.
If you do not pay by the end of business on the payment due date, you are in violation and the finance company can repossess the vehicle.
That means if they close at 6:00 P.M. you need to have paid at or before that time on the day it's due.
