Bank refused my voluntary repossession over 3 years and i just got the first collection letter. what are the califronia limitations I did a voluntary repossession and the bank refused it back in 2007. I still have possession of the vehicle and its been over 3 years how long do the banks legally have to submit my account for collections. and how do can i obtain the title and do the statues changed if i become a resident in another state |
