A car lot thats not licensed I purchase a car from them and also repo, cars for them and found out thay not license never have been. it took 6 mths, to get my title and the secure party is not the company name i got car under. company name is T.C.E. auto. and thay have not deducted money thay said for repos, that i pickup for or pick money instead of the car. now thay want my car back for being behind on my payments. what can i do? |

Well I think if they have know licence for their business then it is not legal. Second if you have no contract with them stating the amount you are to make picking up repossed vec. then you would haver to try to take them to small claims court. If they are not legal then their asking for trouble. You can report them to the better buisness bueara and labor board.
