I sold property how do I get back after default? I sold my motorcycle to a person who has stopped making payments. How do I get my property back? |

On something like this, you go to small claims court. The judge should award you your motorcycle. It's the only fair way to settle the argument.
If the person you sold it to has any sense, he'll just give it back to you again without any hassle. It's probably a matter of his not coming up with a job he'd hoped for.
