I'm a repo guy and am looking for an answer as to why we need a Reg 119 form from the CA.DMV when repoing a car from inpound Some police stations want a reg 119 DMV form when repoing vehicles from inpound. Does anyone know why? It's a repossession as far I am concerned. I shouldn't need any paper work from the DMV |
